Robotics Club with Brooklyn Robot Foundry

Join us for a new club on Thursdays and have fun building robots at Makers United Clubhouse!

• Robotics 101: 2:40–4:00pm for 3rd grade* and up

• Robotics 201: 4:00–5:00pm for 5th grade* and up

• Robotic 101 & 201 combined: 2:40–5:00pm

Founded in 2011, the BrooklynRobot Foundry strives to share the fun of STEAM learning with students, inspiring them to continue a life full of exploration, problem-solving, and imagination. 

Each week’s club meeting will introduce and a new a project with guidelines, but the final design is up to the student. Students get the experience of hands on learning in a supportive environment, and our high student-to-teacher ratio will ensure that each student gets individualized attention. 

Robotics 101 will be an intro to robotics and is designed for 3rd grade* and up.

Robotics 201 will take on bigger challenges plus begin to explore coding and is designed for 5th grade* and up.

*age exceptions are possible for students who demonstrate both interest and maturity
