Makerversity Day Camps
Join us on school holidays for a collaborative creative day of making things!
Led by our co-founders and featuring wonderful guest makers from our community
Whether your child dreams of becoming a filmmaker, chef, artist, or inventor, our Makerversity Day Camps provide the tools, space, and encouragement to explore their passions and discover new ones. Producing a how-to video of a favorite dance, making every element of an ice cream sundae from scratch, or building a one-of-a-kind costume… kids will have the time and space to make their project dreams a reality.
Hosted in our multi-room clubhouse space in BedStuy, Makerversity Day Camps offer dynamic creative experiences tailored to different age groups:
Younger makers build social skills through activities in storytelling, music, and movement while boosting their confidence through visual art projects.
Older makers are offered the opportunity to dive into self-directed creative projects that they plan and execute on their own with mentor support.
Each camp session culminates in sharing time where makers present their creations and celebrate their learning journey.
