The Everything Channel

A filmmaking and art program

Thursdays, 2:40-5:30pm
4th–6th grade

Led by artist/filmmaker Edwina White and Alexis Raskin

We invite your kids to tell us their stories and tall tales with animation, film and image making.

Artist/ filmmakers, Edwina White and Alexis Raskin will work with 10 students to play and collaborate.

We'll experiment with stop motion, green screen, using microphones to interview, report and make foley sound effects-and we will be drawing, collaging and building sets as we create our own Everything Channel. They may cover weather, a little history, inventions, fashion, sports, local news and most likely comedy.

We plan to spend time outside at the playground, gathering ideas and exploring the neighborhood.

School pickup is available for Arts and Letters only. Kids should bring a snack and water bottle.

For our final class, we shall invite families to a 5pm premiere screening of The Everything Channel.
